| The Board of directors of Oman Chlorine SAOG is pleased to announce that the board, during their meeting held on 19/2/2009 has approved the proposal to distribute 20 % cash dividend for the financial year ending 31/12/2008
The above proposal will be presented for discussion and approval during the ordinary Annual General Meeting to be held during on March 26, 2009
Oman Chlorine is pleased to announce the audited financial results for the twelve month period ended 31/12/2008. The net profit after tax stood at R.O.2, 862,820 representing an increase of 35% when compared to the year 2007. The return on paid up capital was 51% compared to 37.8% for the previous year.
